Introducing drum lessons at MHM

Meet Ben: Our Drums Teacher

We’re delighted to introduce Ben, a passionate drummer currently studying Jazz Drums at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Ben has years of experience playing drums in a variety of settings, from bands and ensembles to orchestras, and loves sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. For him, drumming is about much more than technique — it’s about having fun, building confidence and discovering the joy of collaborative playing

In his lessons, Ben teaches everything from technique, rhythm and coordination to reading music and notation. He welcomes students of all ages and abilities, and takes a relaxed and supportive approach, tailoring lessons to suit each student’s interests and goals.

Whether you’re picking up drumsticks for the first time or looking to develop your existing skills, Ben is passionate about helping students become confident, creative musicians. Above all, he hopes to inspire a lifelong love of drums and music in every student he teaches.
